A cheerful giver is someone who gives out freely, joyously and with no conditions attached. A cheerful giver at his or her difficult times still feels the need to give or offer help to someone. A cheerful giver doesn’t give because he or she has been ordered to do so or because he or she is under compulsion. Above everything a cheerful giver gives from the heart and out of love.
So beautifully the scripture teaches us in;
2 Corinthians 9:7 that
 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give ; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
Now probably one might say looking at how the economy is today, becoming a cheerful giver would be hard to do. Well I would disagree with you because the bible or God never said that the economy has to be good before you can be a cheerful giver.
According to what you poseth in your heart is what the bible ask you to give. Giving cheerfully also doesn’t mean offering money to people only, giving can be in so many different forms. Any kind of help you give to someone out of love and from the heart makes you a cheerful giver.
A beautiful quote from Mother Theresa;
The person who gives with a smile is the best giver because God loves a cheerful giver.
Be a cheerful giver in your school, community, church, workplace or anywhere your help would be needed. Help others with the gift you have been given by God, because God’s gift are not only to bless us but for us to bless others too. Your cheerful giving can make the world a better place, your help can raise more cheerful givers in the world and your help can open more abundant doors to your life.
Finally as a cheerful giver, remember there is a promise from God to you. In Luke 6:30, the bible says
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
This is a beautiful promise from God to you. This week as you walk out there I inspire you to be a cheerful giver to someone, let’s be each others keeper and our father in heaven will also be a keeper unto our lives. God bless you as you step out to be a CHEERFUL GIVER.
