New Age, New Inspiration Coming.

A cheerful giver is someone who gives out freely, joyously and with no conditions attached. A cheerful giver at his or her difficult times still feels the need to give or offer help to someone. A cheerful giver doesn’t give because he or she has been ordered to do so or because he or she is under compulsion. Above everything a cheerful giver gives from the heart and out of love.

So beautifully the scripture teaches us in;

2 Corinthians 9:7 that

[7] Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give ; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Now probably one might say looking at how the economy is today, becoming a cheerful giver would be hard to do. Well I would disagree with you because the bible or God never said that the economy has to be good before you can be a cheerful giver.

According to what you poseth in your heart is what the bible ask you to give. Giving cheerfully also doesn’t mean offering money to people only, giving can be in so many different forms. Any kind of help you give to someone out of love and from the heart makes you a cheerful giver.

A beautiful quote from Mother Theresa;

The person who gives with a smile is the best giver because God loves a cheerful giver.

Be a cheerful giver in your school, community, church, workplace or anywhere your help would be needed. Help others with the gift you have been given by God, because God’s gift are not only to bless us but for us to bless others too. Your cheerful giving can make the world a better place, your help can raise more cheerful givers in the world and your help can open more abundant doors to your life.

Finally as a cheerful giver, remember there is a promise from God to you. In Luke 6:30, the bible says

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

This is a beautiful promise from God to you. This week as you walk out there I inspire you to be a cheerful giver to someone, let’s be each others keeper and our father in heaven will also be a keeper unto our lives. God bless you as you step out to be a CHEERFUL GIVER.

Forgiveness is Love. It first came from our Lord Jesus Christ and if His death on the cross wasn’t love then nothing can be called love. If you have ever told someone these beautiful words (I Forgive You) then that was an act of love. People hurt you badly but you were able to look into their eyes and forgive them, the only thing that can make that possible is Love.

Now what does our bible tells us about forgiveness. Let’s read something from Matthew 6:14-15;

For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: [15] But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

God forgives us when we forgive others and if we do not forgive others, the same does He too. God wants us to learn the power of forgiveness.When sin erupted on this earth, forgiveness was the only redemption God gave us and it was because He loved us.

Sometimes it really get hard for us to forgive others, mostly when we have been through serious trauma or situation from the hands of others. We get stuck up in the “I would never forgive and forget world” but what we do not know is that the evolution of bitterness starts when we do not forgive and forget.

Today I want to inspire you on forgiveness. Don’t let it be a lifestyle or something you have become addicted to. Don’t erase your blessings from God with the behaviour of unforgiveness and bitterness. Put on the dress of forgiveness, it’s the first step in healing ourselves from hurt and hatred.

Talk to God on it, He is always ready to hear you out and offer the help you need. Don’t hold unto sin because Jesus Christ died to cleanse it all away. The only thing you have to hold unto is God, He is the father of love, lean on Him and be drown in Love.

You were never born to just pass through life, then die someday and go. I choose this topic because here and there we hear people talking about how life is treating them and how they wish their life’s clock would stop ticking so everything could be over.

I can’t inspire you without a word from God, so let’s read

Proverbs 19:21 Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will stand.

Proverbs 20:5 The purpose of a person’s heart are in deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out.

Now dear reader never and ever say you are just passing through life. You are never here on earth by accident nor some birth control failure. You are here on earth because you have a God given destiny to fulfil. Never doubt what you can do or the potentials God has given you, you were born for that purpose you have been denying yourself from.

There is a purpose for you, the bible says the one who has insights can draw them out. To draw them out Focus on God, let Him drive you there because no matter how you think or plan for yourself, its only God’s purpose that will stand for you.

He is an amazing God, He makes the impossible possible. He can pick you up from the bad places you think life has taking you to. Give God the chance, ask Him for His purpose for your life and what He wants you to do.

Don’t settle for less, don’t let life treat you like you don’t matter, you are God’s special creation, you were created in His own image, so beautiful and awesome. Don’t just give in to anything because YOU WERE BORN FOR A PURPOSE.

Elijah was a man just like us, he had everything we have being given by God as humans. But what did Elijah do so differently or what made Elijah unique? Let’s read the scripture to find out what He did

James 5: 16b -18

[16b] The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

 [17] Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.

 [18] And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

The key word to be noted is Earnestly, Elijah didn’t pray challenging God to perform that miracle but Earnestly he prayed that there should be no rain and so did it happen for three and half years and then he prayed Earnestly again and the earth was able to produce it fruits.

Prayer is a weapon and it’s not a weapon of the world. It’s a weapon God gave us and it has the divine power to break every chain, move mountains, erase struggles, provide wisdom, uproot diseases and also bring light unto our paths.

What is it that you think prayer cannot do? What’s your basis for saying with what am going through prayer cannot work it out?  The power that prayer holds does not reside in the person praying, the power resides in God whom you are praying to.

Now if you have been praying for years about something but still you seem not to have an answer, then you have to look at that situation in two folds;

Firstly it might be that what you have been praying for is not in a accordance with God’s will for your life. You might want it so badly but God knows what’s best for you, He knows the perfect place or position to place you so you can shine for the world to see. So if you are in such a situation what you have to do in your next step is to pray again to God on His best ways and things for your life.

Secondly, God’s delay doesn’t mean denial. Before you get what you have been praying for, maybe certain things has to be done gradually before, and it’s not like God cannot do it all within a twinkling of an eye. He can supply all our needs within a second but He just want us to have the spirit of patience and that’s why we have something called Miracle. So if you find your self in this situation all you have to do is to keep on praying and hold on to His words.

Finishing up on Praying Earnestly the last important thing I want you to understand is that prayer isn’t about the use of big words or phrases, that wouldn’t get God to answer immediately. In Matthew 6:7-8 the good book teaches us that;

[7] But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do : for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. [8] Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

God knows it all even before we ask, the reason we pray is for us to have a daily conversation with our father in heaven and ask him for His grace and help on our life’s journey. There is power in prayer and I can testify so many times on it, So I plead and urge that you put on the armour of prayer and start talking to God earnestly, and as faithful as He is, He will surely come to your aid.

A Poem about Jesus, read and teach the children around you😊

His name is JESUS

He is the beloved son of God

He lived in Heaven with His Father

He came on earth because of our sins

He came in the form of a man

He was born in a manger

His parents were called Mary and Joseph

He lived a sinless life on earth

He preached and healed diseases

He gave hope to the needy

He loved everyone, but yet

He was still crucified by the romans

He could have challenged them

He stood till the end on the cross

He was crucified with us on the cross

He said it is done on His final breath

He died a shameful death for us

His death washed and cleansed our sins

He was buried in the tomb

His name was still Jesus because

He resurrected on the third day

His body, the tomb could not hold because

He was the son of God

His resurrection men did not believe

His resurrection truth weren’t erased by their unbelieves

He ascended to Heaven

He sits at the right hand side of His father

His resurrection gave life to us

He freed us from the bondage of sin

He lives in us now

He will never and ever forsake us because.

Daily Prompt: Arid

Everyday on our daily routine we wake up, prepare ourselves for the day and head towards the destination we have planned for ourselves for the day. Some of us probably pray, some even don’t and for those who even pray, how strongly do they consider what God thinks for them in that particular day?

We live in a world or a country where we are so much concerned with what our boss at the workplace thinks we have to do, and if  we don’t go by that we will get fired or something. We live in a world where the way our friends decides we should go is the big deal, if not we are out of the modern lane. We are in a world where it’s all about what others thinks now. This only gives me one question to ask us all, When are we going to consider what God thinks first or when are we going to ask the creator of the universe what He thinks first?

We can’t answer this question without a bible verse so let’s read;

Ephesians 3:20-21a

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, [21] Unto him be glory.

Proverbs 16:3

Commit thy works unto the Lord , and thy thoughts shall be established.

Now if Christ Jesus is able to do exceedingly abundantly above what we think or ask then why don’t we ask him first for his plans for our day before we hook on to our boss and friends for instructions and advice we later even wish we never had gone for. Now am not saying its bad or wrong to seek for advice or do what our instructors ask us to do, is right and good to do but why don’t you ask God first if He can do abundantly above what these people we look up to thinks.

On this short piece all I want you to be inspired on is that, Do not plan your day or schedules without God, but first pray and read those schedules you have planned to God, find out what He thinks on the steps you are about to take, what He suggests you do first as you step out there and if you do so with a calm heart and an understandable spirit, surely I believe God will direct you there.

Who knows, the direction God will give you might even fall in line with just what you had planned already or what your boss asked you to do, but then you are safe and secured because it came from the Lord. One might ask what if it doesn’t go with my plans or my instructors plan, well if it doesn’t then it means God’s plan is going to be on a better outcome than yours, and all you have to do is to follow His plan because you wouldn’t want to miss God’s better outcome for any other thing.

Now I pray that unto Him who is able to do far more above what we think, guides us and surrounds us with directions that leads to success anytime we pray and ask for His guidance,Amen.

Yeaaaahhhh am back from exam break🤗, God bless you all for your prayers and well wishes, it really worked and am grateful to you all🙏. There wasn’t a day i didn’t wish to be posting something here for you😊, but everything happens for a reason so let me stop talking😆 and start inspring you on why you shouldn’t hold on to problems in life.

Letting go is one of the tough things to do in life. It’s so very easy for us to hold on to issues and problems, and say to ourselves I can’t let this go, because it hurts so much. The beautiful truth is that whether we believe it or not Christ has something better prepared for us whenever we decide to let go.

One of my favourite quotes on letting go;
“Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward”  C. S Lewis

Letting go of the painful times, broken relationships, hurts, sin, guilt, anger, failures and regrets in our lives seems like a headache for us but if we trust and understand God’s love for us it becomes so easier to do.

Let’s read and think through this bible verses;

Matthew 11:28-30

[28]Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Psalm 62:8

Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.

Now am not saying, none of these times are easier to walk through, neither will you not be confused nor would you not cry yourself out.The key factor to make it all easier for you is God. You have to first, understand that God puts certain people and things in your life for a reason and also to build you up. Everything God has ever done, what he is doing and what He will do is all for a beautiful and a precious reason, and that is why you don’t have to hold on.

Holding on to your problems is leaning on your own understanding and that is not what the good book teaches us to do. The good book teaches us to trust in God and submit our whole life for Him to control. What we hold on control our lives and leaves nothing but pain and sorrows, it puts us in a cage of bitterness.

This fact is true, no one understand the pains you are going through and no one is ever going to understand you, except yourself and God, and that’s your core reason why you have to give it all to God. He knew you even before you were in your mother’s womb and He had your entire life planned even before you were conceived. The problems and heartbreaks were all part of the process for you to get to your destination.

So why hold on now? when God says I have got you in my hands. Why hold on when God says I have something better in stored for you. Why hold on when God says come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Why hold on when God Says cast all your anxiety on Me, because I care for you. Why hold on when God asks you, can you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

Our worries, pain, broken relationships, our exam and business failures and our hurts does not add anything to our life, what adds something to our life is trusting in God. Let it all go, because what God has in store for your life is not in the past, it lies ahead. It’s in you trusting Him at your deep sorrowful times. All you have to do in letting go is to pray, repent (ask for forgiveness for yourself and the one you hold your grudges at if there is any) and hand it all over to God.

He loves us so much that He hurts when we do not let go and allow Him in. Let God give you that rest you have been seeking for, let God give you that inner and special peace you have being worrying to have, let Him give you that everlasting hug which nourishes your soul forever, let him be your strength and joy, and above everything let Him be the reason why you live.

God loves💚 you👈, yes you👈 more than anything in this whole wide world because you were formed in His own image, so nothing will make Him forsake you.

God bless you for Reading😘

So I saw a beautiful picture of this amazing baby girl with the caption “May your day be filled with smiles as the smile on this child’s face” I saved it because this smile is so amazing that if your day is blessed with such a smile you will walk through your day with success even when it gets hard. A smile like this gives you the feeling that everything can be perfect as you thrive on your passion, it creates a positive environment around you and it nourishes your souls.

I have started my mid semester exam, so I wouldn’t be consistent on posting for some few days, but I do not want to leave you here with nothing as i take a little time to focus on my exams. If I do so that wouldn’t be a fair deal because I promised to be consistent as much as i can.

And so on that note I took a little of my time to leave all the beautiful souls who read post here, a charming and loving smile just as the smile on this little angel’s face. If even you would screenshot or save the picture, you can do so🤗, so you could remind yourself that you have been blessed with a smile that is free from worries as you await my next piece, and ohhhh I would have loved to tell you the title of it, but let’s make this my first surprise to you😍.

A bible verse for you;

Job 9:27 If I say, ‘I will forget my complaint, I will change my expression, and smile,’

Proverbs 15:30a A cheerful look brings joy to the heart;

This week may the good Lord shine His face upon you , may He put you in His loving arms, may He surround you as He surrounded Shadrack, Meshach and Abedenago in the pit of fire, may He rise you up as He did for David, Joseph and Abraham. Above everything may you have a week full of smiles just as the smile on that Angel’s face.

God richly bless you, just don’t forget to wave goodbye👋 to your problems, put a smile on your face😊 as you pray🙏 and God will surely help you😘.

Daily Prompt: Arid

Isiah 41:10    Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Each and every one of us have been in fears prison before, but what we didn’t know was that we were in a very big jail cell with a large size padlock 😅. I recently read a story on fear and it’s consequences, and it was then I realised that the biggest prison on earth is Fear.

Steve Maraboli said and I quote ” Sometimes the prison of fear is so powerful that there is no need to lock the cell doors. Your fear creates a willingness to self-imprison

For what most of you know, I recently joined the blogging world and I have posted only three pieces so far and it’s being amazing much more than I expected. The decision to blog or write about inspiration didn’t begin the very first day I posted a piece. It’s almost two years now, anytime I type something down on my laptop I save it and that will be the end, Fear encamped me so much to the extent that I sometime forget I even have a passion on writing. Anytime i read post from other bloggers, I immediately remind my writing passion, will put something down again, save it and won’t take any further action.

Fast forward to just last week, I read a very inspiring post on Facebook from the Fabulous Woman Network ( a very amazing platform for fabulous women, you might want to check😊). That message hit me so hard that I picked my laptop and started editing a blog which I had open four months ago (it’s really amazing and interesting I even had a blog open but still couldn’t share anything, hmm what fear can do even amazes the devil himself🙄) Whiles editing I also read from different bloggers and sort the advice of a few people I cannot forget to say thanks once again to Kukua,,  kuukua Asante-Purple Stripes Papberry  @Emma_segbedzi God richly bless you for your guidance.

Finally with the help of God I posted my  very first piece on 23rd Febuary, 2017 HAVE YOU SHARED YOUR TESTIMONY?. I haven’t gotten a billion followers, likes and comment though, but its overwhelming with the response and views I got on it and am grateful to everyone who made it so for me (especially YOU😘)

Fear locked me down in it’s jail cell for the longer it could but am a free person now because my first piece is out there and I strongly believe it has inspired someone. If you have been locked down by Fear on something you passionately want to do, please start praying, rise up and free yourself as quick as possible. Am never saying its going to be easy when you decide to let go of your fear, but when you seek help from people who have been there before and pray to God you will surely come out even more than how Daniel came out from the Lion’s den😁😅.

I do not know what fear is holding you down on or how long you have been typing and saving them on your computers, but what I do know is the bible teaches us in Joshua 1:9 that;

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

This was a command from the Lord for us to be strong and courageous, because the Lord our saviour is with us wherever we find ourselves at. There is nothing wrong if you had fear or if you are still in that jail cell, what matters most is for you to rise up and break lose from the chains of this jail. Do not rush yourself though in rising up, but do push yourself little by little and when you notice you aren’t in the same place you were before, you push again a little more harder on the next step you embark on.

Finally above everything you do, pray harder and always, like the breath you breath everyday on earth is bought with it. Don’t forget to be loving too because perfect love drives out fear and when fear is drown out, you will have a passion to love or something worth amazing to do and you will no longer live in the jail cell called FEAR.
